As Digital Strategy Manager, Jarod Keith works to grow the impact of Victory’s brand online and raise critical funds for programs and candidates. He held a similar role at Victory in the 2015, 2016 and 2017 cycles. Prior to rejoining Victory Fund and Institute in 2019, Jarod consulted on congressional races across the country, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for top Red-to-Blue candidates over digital ads and email. Before moving to DC, Jarod organized for marriage equality and LGBTQ rights in a 14-state region as Digital Manager of Campaign for Southern Equality. Jarod has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi and interned for Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Jarod served on the National Organizing Committee for Out for Biden.

Anthony Shop is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Social Driver, a digital services firm that helps companies and non-profits establish winning strategies with social media, websites, content, and advertising. Anthony is also Chairman of the National Digital Roundtable, the premier convener of digital innovators, leaders and policy shapers. Anthony has been recognized as an “OUTstanding LGBT Role Model” by The Financial Times and “40 Under 40” by The Washington Business Journal. A former newspaper reporter, Anthony was the first new media professional elected to the prestigious National Press Club’s Board of Governors. Prior to founding Social Driver, he served as press secretary for a top U.S. congressional race and as a journalist. He earned his MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, where he has taught as an adjunct lecturer.

Mike Liddell is the General Manager of Digital at EveryAction. Mike is a highly regarded digital thought leader. Before joining the team in 2011, he ran the digital team for the Treasury Department for two years and the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee for four years. He also worked on the CTSG team as a Project Manager, serving nonprofits like the Alzheimer's Association, Community Foundations of America, and Hillel International. Mike has worked for numerous nonprofits and campaigns and is a proud University of Texas Longhorn.
