Tony’s focus and expertise are in governance, change management and brand strategy. In addition to deep experience as an outside consultant, he has years of experience working in-house at large policy organizations such as the Pew Charitable Trusts, the Center for Global Development and the US Institute of Peace. Tony has been practicing change management consulting for years inside and out and has developed a keen understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholder groups and convert debate into action.

Tony provides high-level direction and leadership on our client engagements. He has built and run large scale digital strategies and websites for organizations such as FEMA, DHS, the Open Societies Foundation, Brookings, The Pew Charitable Trusts, the Woodrow Wilson Center and the Associated Press.

As the CEO and co-founder of ParsonsTKO he focuses on company positioning, marketing and working to ensure our staff are supported in their efforts and growth and that our clients gain value from all interactions with ParsonsTKO.

Starting out as a programmer during the first dot.com boom, Nate’s learned a lot of evergreen lessons of internet development as a programmer, systems administrator and head of technology at several companies. Never content to focus on one field, he’s delved into the user experience, design, content strategy, and developed strategic and business process improvement plans for organizations.

Nate’s wide-ranging professional experience has included designing large scale web platforms for national clients such as the island of Curacao, Hyatt, and developing custom booking engines for Micros E-commerce. He’s led the development of enterprise websites for national non-profits such as the Human Rights Campaign, and The Open Societies Foundation. He has designed publishing platforms for the Associated Press and Thomson Reuters and also the state of Georgia. He’s consulted for both the US Senate’s Sergeant at Arms and the House of Representative’s Chief Administrative Officer. Nate has also consulted for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, helping them develop and execute a 3-year technical roadmap and modernization effort, as well as consulting with Twitter on the development of a custom CMS.

Jamie’s personal mission can be summed up in two words: impact and collaboration. Her work has centered around building and scaling social impact and revenue generating programs in the nonprofit and social tech industries. From advocating on Capitol Hill for suicide prevention and mental health parity funding to working with 1,300 United Ways to create a common set of impact performance standards, Jamie has been focused on data, collaboration, and community impact throughout her nonprofit career. Since entering the social tech sector, Jamie has collaborated with both local and national organizations to bring innovative technology to nonprofits such as Share Our Strength, Greenpeace International, AARP, and many more.

Jamie currently supports and builds partnerships with EveryAction’s robust ecosystem of consulting agencies, freelancers, and vendors who work with its customers. Outside of work she volunteers with the Loudoun County Medical Reserve and the Middleburg Humane Foundation while raising kind humans and a growing number of house pets.
