ON DEMAND:
What Does it Mean to Belong: A New Corporate Imperative

View our Webinar on What Does it Mean to Belong

In today’s uncertain economy, employee retention and productivity are even more critical for your business. According to Gallup, replacing a single employee can cost a company “one-half to two times the employee's annual salary—and that's a conservative estimate.” While a sense of belonging is not a new phenomenon, the corporate imperative to foster an authentic sense of belonging is rising in importance.

But what does belonging mean as a human? What does it mean as an employee?

During this webinar, Chris Jarvis, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Realized Worth, and Pete Karns, SVP of corporate strategy at Bonterra, discuss the need to belong and what that means for corporations:

  • How and why Corporate Social Responsibility is connected to purpose and belonging, including DEI-focused programs
  • Why your company benefits from prioritizing purpose and belonging, especially during times of economic uncertainty.
  • How to create, evolve and measure employee engagement programs that are accessible and flexible for all types of employees.
